Loosing weight is really difficult when we do it from a place of obligation, or a sensation of guilt or not being good enough as we are. Frequently, feeling so bad about ourselves is what makes us want to overeat in the first place, and that mechanism only gets stronger when we feel that we are depriving ourselves, or we experience a sensation of failure about our weight and health.

It is soooo much easier to eat healthy and exercise when it is an act of loving self-care. It can be easy, it can feel good and be a light and joyful process.

This meditation invites you to appreciate your body and everything it does for you every day, and to fill yourself with and love and gratitude that are the perfect place to start taking care of yourself and your body as your physical expression.
