Here is our meditation from June 22nd, 2018.
There are so many ways in which we can feel disconnected: When others don’t trust us, or when we feel rejected, we don’t trust ourselves, we feel insecure, scared, isolated, excluded or without love somehow, just to name some.
We disconnect because it’s easier to not suffer and to not feel something. But then the disconnection itself makes us feel bad.
So let’s do the opposite: Let’s focus on the connection with ourselves, other people, with life and all its aspects.
