Here is our meditation from June 8th, 2018. We generally don’t want to be vulnerable – for example to health issues, or to certain patterns and habits that we are exposed to within our family system or specific life situations. If we don’t want to be vulnerable, we tend to resist. And resistance produces more of what we don’t want. How can we be vulnerable? How can we be with ourselves when we don’t feel strong and safe? I invite you to connect with your vulnerability and explore how you can release it!
