Enjoying Christmas – or any holiday for that matter – is not always easy. We are so busy and stressed trying to get everything done and to make it perfect, trying to create a wonderful experience for ourselves and our loved ones, that sometimes we forget that the really important things are already within ourselves, and that maybe all it needs to experience them is a deep breath and the decision to give them our attention.

Sometimes we are going through difficult life circumstances, and we are just too tired and too down to be able to connect with energies and feelings like peace, love, joy, fun, safety, calmness… you name them! 

This meditation is an invitation to you to give room to what burdens you, and to discover the beautiful state you most need to feel just within the reach of a breath. We really don’t need to change anything: When we breathe and are aware, then we can allow ourselves to ENJOY THE HOLIDAYS!
