At a certain level of consciousness, dreaming is creating. When we think about something that we really want and that makes us happy, and we elaborate it in our mind, we can raise our energy and bring up lots of positive emotions. It is these emotions, and feeling them in our bodies, what makes us motivated, joyful, and gets us into a state where we believe in ourselves and the possibilities of life.

So today I want you to “dream about” your perfect Christmas, Hanukkah, or just holiday moment. I want you to play with the idea of how it would be perfect and how you would love it to be, what you would love to experience. Go into detail, dream about how it would feel, what you would say, what you would hear or think. Search out the details that give you the best feeling. Keep asking yourself: “How could this moment still be better?”

Be aware: It is absolutely forbidden to think about whether or not this is possible, or whether you can make it happen. The whole point of dreaming is spending time in your inner reality, a place that is only influenced by your own creativity and ideas, and where you are absolutely powerful. It’s a moment in time and a place where everything is possible.

If it is easier for you, imagine a fairy who will grant you one wish, magically, as long as you tell her exactly how it has to be. What would you tell her?

Dreaming is creating, but how so?

“Dreaming” asks you to “think on purpose”, and in a certain way: under the condition that everything is permitted and possible. When you think things that bring up strong positive emotions, your consciousness level rises. That in turn changes the way you think and feel. You get a more positive perspective, and you get clarity on a very concrete level about what it is that you do want, not just what you don’t want. It helps you have new ideas, or even to subconsciously search out and do what is necessary for you to get closer to this experience. Dreaming will give you motivation and help you think outside the box – and ultimately, do what is necessary to be done in order to “get there”.

How is dreaming for you? Was it easy? How did you help yourself in the process? What did you learn about yourself? You can leave a comment below or post a comment or picture on my facebook page.
